Ginger And Garlic Mix

Around 3 years ago, my aunt from South Africa came to visit my family and I; She was such a blessing as she taught us how to garden, sowed some beautiful clothes for us, and also shared a very important recipe that has helped me till today. My aunt came across a video that was being shared amongst the African community when the COVID-19 pandemic started. It’s a recipe that will boost your immune system and help you long term.


I like to call this recipe “The ginger and garlic mix”; Those two ingredients have nutrients inside of them that can heal sicknesses, and clean out your colon.


Ginger has powerful medicinal properties, therefore can help you when feeling nauseous. It can also help with weight loss, your digestive system, and much more !


Garlic also has some medicinal properties, therefore can help you when you have a cold for example, it also can help reduce blood pressure, and much more !


I think so far we can all agree that these 2 ingredients are truly amazing. Over the years of drinking this mixture every morning, I’ve started to include my own ingredients as well to make the ultimate immune boosting drink ! I included cinnamon, honey, vitamin D3, lemon, and apple cider vinegar.


For over 2 years now, I have not gotten a cold once; One of the reasons for that is because I stopped using over the counter pills, and also because of this ginger and garlic mix which I’ve recently included in my everyday routine.


I highly recommend that you start drinking this once EVERY day; if you feel sick, nauseous, or feel an itch in your throat, drink the mixture 3 times a day.




Here are the instructions in how to create this life saving immunity booster.


What you will need :


1 large ginger

1 garlic bulb

1/2 a lemon or lime

2 cups of water

1 Tablespoon of honey (optional)

1 tablespoon of cinnamon (optional)

1/2 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (optional)

Vitamin D3 (optional)




Steps :


1. Start with your garlic bulb and take off skin. Cut all the cloves into small pieces. Leave prices to the side to let the garlic activate.

2. For your ginger shave off the skin and cut the ginger into very small pieces.

3. Place garlic and ginger into your blender with the 2 cups of water. While it’s blending, boil your water !

4. Place blended mixture into a container and take out 1 spoon of the ginger and garlic mix into a mug. Add all of the ingredients listed above.

5. Once completed pour in the boiled water and mix everything together.

6. Lastly, enjoy your garlic and ginger mix !
