I‘ve been eating the chia pudding for a week now for breakfast, and I can say that this indeed is by far one of my favourite foods ! It’s so easy on the stomach, you feel just fine and filled until your next meal. The flavour is so amazing, and surprisingly I have not gotten bored of eating this everyday haha ! I love it!!

Recipe :
1 Cup Milk of your choice (I used vegan Cashew Milk)
1/2 Cup Blueberries
2 Tablespoon Chia seeds
2 Teaspoons Honey
Instructions :
Place all ingredients in a mason jar. Mix all ingredients with a spoon. Place cover and leave it overnight. If you are making this recipe the day of, leave it in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
